Dr. David Alan Gilbert 2f3fd91b9e mcb: remove unused struct 'mcb_parse_priv' 
'mcb_parse_priv' has been unused since the initial
commit 3764e82e51 ("drivers: Introduce MEN Chameleon Bus").

Remove it.
