Maninder Singh 909632714f mm/oom_kill.c: simpilfy rcu call with guard(rcu) ...

guard(rcu)() simplifies code readability and there is no need of extra
goto labels.

Thus replacing rcu_read_lock/unlock with guard(rcu)().
