Rename IsNamedKeyOrModKey() to IsNamedKeyOrMod() for consistency.
Fixed GetKeyName(ImGuiKey_None) from returning "N/A" or "None" depending on IMGUI_DISABLE_OBSOLETE_KEYIO.
See "inputs_keychord_name" in imgui_test_suite.
