Summary

Installing this plugin (v2.9.1) from the marketplace in the Claude Desktop app leaves the skill unavailable in Cowork sessions started from the desktop app. The plugin detail page (Settings -> Plugins -> Humanizer) shows:

This plugin doesn't have any skills or agents.

...even though the plugin is enabled and ships a SKILL.md plus an agents/ directory.

What works vs. what doesn't

Surface	humanizer skill available?
Claude Code	Yes - confirmed working
Cowork (web)	Yes - confirmed working
Cowork (Claude Desktop)	No
Desktop Settings -> Plugins -> Humanizer -> Skills tab	"This plugin doesn't have any skills or agents."

Steps to reproduce

Install the humanizer plugin from the marketplace in the Claude Desktop app (macOS).
Confirm the plugin toggle is enabled.
Open Settings -> Plugins -> Humanizer -> Skills. It reports the plugin has no skills or agents.
Restart Claude Desktop. Already tried - the skill still does not appear.
Start a Cowork task from the desktop app - the skill is not available.
Same account in Claude Code and in Cowork on the web: the skill loads and runs fine.

Possible cause

This repo keeps SKILL.md at the repository root, next to .claude-plugin/plugin.json and the agents/ directory, rather than under skills/<name>/SKILL.md. If the desktop app's plugin loader only scans a skills/ subdirectory, a root-level SKILL.md would be invisible to it while Claude Code and Cowork web still resolve it. The empty Agents tab, despite a root-level agents/ directory, points the same way.

This is a hypothesis based on the public repo layout, not something I've verified against the desktop loader.
