Arbitrary separators:

ChatGPT is putting --- in front of every subsequent headline, which is very predominant in this document. A line before a headline is a graphical means (markdown is about structure, as opposed to graphical embellishment) and does not improve anything (let alone helps an agent). Looking at the preview shows a good balance of design via CSS (in first and second headlines) and the manually inserted headlines break reading flow. This might even use "tokens" without having anything to add to the prompt.

Uppercase headlines

This too is an opiniated design change. The text should be in normal casing to convey the information the words bear instead of "design by typography".

I've submitted a fix for this in PR #57. Removed all 28 horizontal rule separators between sections - formatting only, no content changes.
