Establishes the canonical application repository for Mynd Domains
(yourname.mynd.my.id). Contains:
- README.md — application workflow, fields, review process, revocation rules
- CONTRIBUTING.md — community rules, guidelines, strict rules, taboos
- CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md — community behavior expectations
- RESERVED.md — permanently reserved subdomain names
- schema.json — JSON Schema for application validation (RFC 1035)
- template.json — manual application template
- applications/.gitkeep — folder for submitted application JSON files

Applications are submitted via mynd.my.id/claim which creates a branch
and PR in this repository automatically, or manually via fork + PR.
