This patch adds a new API to get the port mac address from firmware.
It also adds support to the ndo_get_phys_port_id() callback to provide
port specific unique id to the netdev layer.
If the adapter has a valid per-port mac address then that
would be used for this purpose and is expected to be unique
on a per-port basis.
The information can be viewed by reading the phys_port_id
attribute in sysfs for each netdev or via IF netlink
interface.

filter_free_subsystem_preds(), filter_free_subsystem_filters() and
replace_system_preds() can simply check file->system->subsystem and
avoid strcmp(call->class->system).
Better yet, we can pass "struct ftrace_subsystem_dir *dir" instead of
event_subsystem and just check file->system == dir.

Commit 30919b0bf3 ("x86: avoid low BIOS area when allocating address
space") moved the test for resource allocations that fall within the first
1MB of address space from the PCI-specific path to a generic path, such
that all resource allocations will avoid this area. However, this breaks
ISA cards which need to allocate a memory region within the first 1MB. An
example is the i82365 PCMCIA controller and derivatives like the Ricoh

the first 1MB of system memory address space. They do not work anymore as

This patch adds the topology module to the driver. The topology is exposed to
userspace through the sysfs.
The calls to add and remove a device to/from topology are done by the radeon
driver.
v3:
The CPU information, that is provided in the topology section of the amdkfd
driver, is extracted from the CRAT table. Unlike the CPU information located
in /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*, which is extracted from the SRAT table.
While the CPU information provided by the CRAT and the SRAT tables might be
identical, the node topology might be different. The SRAT table contains the
topology of CPU nodes only. The CRAT table contains the topology of CPU and GPU
nodes together (and can be interleaved). For example CPU node 1 in SRAT can be
CPU node 3 in CRAT. Furthermore it's worth to mention that the CRAT table
contains only HSA compatible nodes (nodes which are compliant with the HSA
spec).
To recap, amdkfd exposes a different kind of topology than the one exposed by
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu even though it may contain similar information.
v4:
The topology module doesn't support uevent handling and doesn't notify the
userspace about runtime modifications. It is up to the userspace to acquire
snapshots of the topology information created by the amdkfd and exposed
in sysfs.
The following is an example of how the topology looks on a Kaveri A10-7850K
system with amdkfd installed:
/sys/devices/virtual/kfd/kfd/

v5:
Move amdkfd from drm/radeon/ to drm/amd/
Add a check if dev->gpu pointer is null before accessing it in the
node_show function in kfd_topology.c
This situation may occur when amdkfd is loaded and there is a GPU with a CRAT

Remove destroy_call_preds(). Its only caller, __trace_remove_event_call(),
can use free_event_filter() and nullify ->filter by hand.
Perhaps we could keep this trivial helper although imo it is pointless, but
then it should be static in trace_events.c.

destroy_preds() makes no sense.
The only caller, event_remove(), actually wants destroy_file_preds().
__trace_remove_event_call() does destroy_call_preds() which takes care
of call->filter.
And after the previous change we can simply remove destroy_preds() from
event_remove(), we are going to call remove_event_from_tracers() which
in turn calls remove_event_file_dir()->free_event_filter().

For some NOR flashes, the size of the buffer program has been increased
from 256 bytes to 512 bytes, and so 2ms maximum timeout can may not be
sufficient for all different vendor's NOR flash. There is maximum
timeout information in the CFI area, so we instead of picking a fixed
value, we can calculate this according to the standard CFI parameters
parsed at probe time. If we haven't probed this information, or it is
smaller than 2000us, then specify a minimum value 2000us.

If there isn't a nohz_full= kernel parameter specified, then
tick_nohz_full_mask can legitimately be NULL. This can cause
problems when RCU's boot code tries to cpumask_or() this value into
rcu_nocb_mask. In addition, if NO_HZ_FULL_ALL=y, there is no point
in doing the cpumask_or() in the first place because this will cause
RCU_NOCB_CPU_ALL=y, which in turn will have all bits already set in
rcu_nocb_mask.
This commit therefore avoids the cpumask_or() if NO_HZ_FULL_ALL=y
and checks for !tick_nohz_full_running otherwise, this latter check
catching cases when there was no nohz_full= kernel parameter specified.

The directory creation can be more simplified by two levels.
[1] Drop $(dir ...)
$(dir $(f)) always returns non-empty string.
So, $(if $(dir $(f)),$(dir $(f)) is equivalent to $(dir $(f)).
[2] Unroll $(foreach ...) loop
$(dir ...) can take one or more arguments and returns a list of
directories of them.
$(foreach f, $(progs), $(dir $(f))) can be unrolled as $(dir $(progs)).

The shared library feature in Makefile.host is no longer used.
Rip it off to keep the build infrastucture simple.
Update Documentation/kbuild/makefiles.txt too.
The section "4.3 Definition shared libraries" should be removed
and the following sections should be re-numbered.

The comment claims:
C++ executables compiled from at least one .cc file
and zero or more .c files
But C++ executables with zero .c file fail in build.
For example, assume we have a Makefile like this:
hostprogs-y := foo
foo-cxxobjs := bar.o
In this case, foo is treated as host-csingle
and Kbuild tries to search non-existing foo.c source.

Currently if an arch supports function graph tracing, the core code will
just assign the function graph trampoline to the function graph addr that
gets called.
But as the old method for function graph tracing always calls the function
trampoline first and that calls the function graph trampoline, some
archs may have the function graph trampoline dependent on operations that
were done in the function trampoline. This causes function graph tracer
to break on those archs.
Instead of having the default be to set the function graph ftrace_ops
to the function graph trampoline, have it instead just set it to zero
which will keep it from jumping to a trampoline that is not set up
to be jumped directly too.

Add sw_babble_control() logic to differentiate between transient
babble and real babble condition. Also add the SW babble control
register definitions.
Babble control register logic is implemented in the latest
revision of AM335x.
Find whether we are running on newer silicon. The babble control
register reads 0x4 by default in newer silicon as opposed to 0
in old versions of AM335x. Based on this enable the sw babble
control logic.

Currently musb_platform_reset() is only used by dsps.
In case of BABBLE interrupt for other platforms the musb_platform_reset()
is a NOP. In such situations no need to re-initialize the endpoints.
Also in the latest silicon revision of AM335x, we do have a babble recovery
mechanism without resetting the IP block. In preperation to add that support
its better to have a rest_done return for musb_platform_reset().

During babble condition both first disconnect of devices are
initiated. Make sure MUSB controller is reset and re-initialized
after all disconnects.
To acheive this schedule a delayed work for babble recovery.
While at that convert udelay to usleep_range.

BABBLE and RESET share the same interrupt. The interrupt
is considered to be RESET if MUSB is in peripheral mode and
as a BABBLE if MUSB is in HOST mode.
Handle babble condition iff MUSB is in HOST mode.
