There are two instances of PCIe PHY in DRA7xx. So renamed
optfclk_pciephy_32khz, optfclk_pciephy_clk and optfclk_pciephy_div_clk to
optfclk_pciephy1_32khz, optfclk_pciephy1_clk and optfclk_pciephy1_div_clk
respectively. This is needed for adding the clocks for second PCIe PHY
instance.

Change the parent of apll_pcie_in_clk_mux to dpll_pcie_ref_m2ldo_ck
from dpll_pcie_ref_ck.
Figure 26-22. DPLL_PCIE_REF Functional Block Diagram in vE of DRA7xx ES1.0 TRM
shows the signal name for the output of post divider (M2) is CLKOUTLDO.
Figure 26-21. PCIe PHY Clock Generator Overview shows CLKOUTLDO is used as
input to apll mux.
So the actual output of dpll is dpll_pcie_ref_m2ldo_ck which is also the input
of apll.

Add divider table to optfclk_pciephy_div clock. The 8th bit of
CM_CLKMODE_APLL_PCIE can be programmed to either 0x0 or 0x1
based on if the divider value is 0x2 or 0x1.
Figure 26-21. PCIe PHY Clock Generator Overview in vE of DRA7xx ES1.0 shows the

value if '1' should be programmed in order to get the correct
PCIE_PHY_DIV_GCLK frequency (2.5GHz).

sun6i-apb0-gates uses the "clock-indices" DT property to indicate
valid gate bits or holes in between. However, the rest of sunxi
clock drivers use bitmaps for this purpose.
This patch modifies sun6i-apb0-gates to use bitmaps as well, to be
consistent with the sunxi platform. Also add the missing call to
clk_register_clkdev, so system clock lookups will work.

We should suspend hci device and purge remaining data in tx queue
before enabling host sleep in firmware. If any data is sent to
firmware after host sleep is activated, firmware may end up
sending a TX_DONE interrupt to driver. If this interrupt gets
delivered to host while the SDIO host controller is suspending,
it may crash the system.
Conversely, in resume handler, we should resume hci device after
host sleep is de-activated.

It seems that the corrupted partition header on my mtd device triggers
a bug in the ftl. In function build_maps() it will allocate the buffers
needed by the mtd partition, but if something goes wrong such as kmalloc
failure, mtd read error or invalid partition header parameter, it will
free all allocated buffers and then return non-zero. In my case, it
seems that partition header parameter 'NumTransferUnits' is invalid.
And the ftl_freepart() is a function which free all the partition
buffers allocated by build_maps(). Given the build_maps() is a self
cleaning function, so there is no need to invoke this function even
if build_maps() return with error. Otherwise it will causes the
buffers to be freed twice and then weird things would happen.
