Some SDIO controllers do not support MMC_PM_KEEP_POWER properly.
To test host sleep feature without putting the system into sleep
we need to simulate host sleep configuration & handshake between
driver and firmware using customized parameters.
This patch adds hscfg debugfs item, with which user could change
host sleep parameters for debugging.

Remove an old redundant comment before sony_report_fixup(), it must have
been a leftover from the first version of the driver:
sony_report_fixup() now handles all the supported devices, not only the
Sony Vaio VGX.
The comment is also redundant as the same information provided by it is
also present in the body of the function.

Reformat sixaxis_rdesc to reflect its HID structure, and comment each
field. This will make it easier to validate changes to the descriptor in
the future.
No functional changes are introduced, the descriptor is exactly the same
as before byte by byte.

Simplify the logic of overriding the Sixaxis HID descriptor, this will
make it easier to amend the descriptor in future commits.
The current code does this:
if (original sixaxis via USB or BT)
fixup only a part of the descriptor
else if (sixaxis compatible controller)
override the _whole_ descriptor
but the end result is exactly the same, except for the trailing zero in
the case of original BT controllers.
So let's just regularize the process, and always override the HID
descriptor.
Always overriding the descriptor changes the current semantic a little
bit, before this change the BT descriptor still had the trailing zero
byte, while now it is exactly the same as the descriptor of the
controller via USB, but that does not affect proper operation of the
device.
Note that overriding the whole descriptor for original devices is not
strictly necessary for now, but it simplifies the code and in the future
the report descriptor will be patched further and keys will be remapped,
so it's handy to have only one place to patch.

It is observed that sometimes Tx packet is downloaded without
adding driver's txpd header. This results in firmware parsing
garbage data as packet length. Sometimes firmware is unable
to read the packet if length comes out as invalid. This stops
further traffic and timeout occurs.
The root cause is uninitialized fields in tx_info(skb->cb) of
packet used to get garbage values. In this case if
MWIFIEX_BUF_FLAG_REQUEUED_PKT flag is mistakenly set, txpd
header was skipped. This patch makes sure that tx_info is
correctly initialized to fix the problem.

This patch moves Eric Dumazet's log buffer implementation from the
xt_log.h header file to the core net/netfilter/nf_log.c. This also
includes the renaming of the structure and functions to avoid possible
undesired namespace clashes.
This change allows us to use it from the arp and bridge packet logging
implementation in follow up patches.
Now that legacy ulog targets are not available anymore in the tree, we
can have up to two possible loggers:
1) The plain text logging via kernel logging ring.
2) The nfnetlink_log infrastructure which delivers log messages
to userspace.
This patch replaces the list of loggers by an array of two pointers
per family for each possible logger and it also introduces a new field
to the nf_logger structure which indicates the position in the logger
array (based on the logger type).
This prepares a follow up patch that consolidates the nf_log_packet()
interface by allowing to specify the logger as parameter.

This brings the (per-conntrack) ecache extension back to 24 bytes in size
(was 152 byte on x86_64 with lockdep on).
When event delivery fails, re-delivery is attempted via work queue.
Redelivery is attempted at least every 0.1 seconds, but can happen
more frequently if userspace is not congested.
The nf_ct_release_dying_list() function is removed.
With this patch, ownership of the to-be-redelivered conntracks
(on-dying-list-with-DYING-bit not yet set) is with the work queue,
which will release the references once event is out.

HP Spectre 13 has the IDT 92HD95 codec, and BIOS seems to set the
default high-pass filter in some "safer" range, which results in the
very soft tone from the built-in speakers in contrast to Windows.
Also, the mute LED control is missing, since 92HD95 codec still has no
HP-specific fixups for GPIO setups.
This patch adds these missing features: the HPF is adjusted by the
vendor-specific verb, and the LED is set up from a DMI string (but
with the default polarity = 0 assumption due to the incomplete BIOS on
the given machine).

Current code is buggy, it shows the current fan speed as minimum fan speed.
Fix up show_fan_reg macro to correctly report fan and fan_min speed.

The cause is that cpuset_mems_allowed() try to take
mutex_lock(&callback_mutex) under the rcu_read_lock(which was hold in
__mpol_dup()). And in cpuset_mems_allowed(), the access to cpuset is
under rcu_read_lock, so in __mpol_dup, we can reduce the rcu_read_lock
protection region to protect the access to cpuset only in
current_cpuset_is_being_rebound(). So that we can avoid this bug.
This patch is a temporary solution that just addresses the bug
mentioned above, can not fix the long-standing issue about cpuset.mems
rebinding on fork():
"When the forker's task_struct is duplicated (which includes
->mems_allowed) and it races with an update to cpuset_being_rebound
in update_tasks_nodemask() then the task's mems_allowed doesn't get
updated. And the child task's mems_allowed can be wrong if the
cpuset's nodemask changes before the child has been added to the
cgroup's tasklist."
