d4f35233a6 i2c: qup: Vote for interconnect bandwidth to DRAM
When the I2C QUP controller is used together with a DMA engine it needs
to vote for the interconnect path to the DRAM. Otherwise it may be
unable to access the memory quickly enough.

The requested peak bandwidth is dependent on the I2C core clock.

To avoid sending votes too often the bandwidth is always requested when
a DMA transfer starts, but dropped only on runtime suspend. Runtime
suspend should only happen if no transfer is active. After resumption we
can defer the next vote until the first DMA transfer actually happens.

The implementation is largely identical to the one introduced for
spi-qup in commit ecdaa94730 ("spi: qup: Vote for interconnect
bandwidth to DRAM") since both drivers represent the same hardware
block.

517ec053ee i2c: octeon: refactor common i2c operations
Refactor the current implementation of the high-level composite read and
write operations in preparation of the addition of block-mode read/write
operations.

The sending of the i2c command is generic and will apply for both the
block-mode and non-block-mode ops. Extract this from the current hlc
ops, and place into a generic function, octeon_i2c_hlc_cmd_send.

The considerations made for extended addresses in the command
construction are almost common for all cases, extract these into
octeon_i2c_hlc_ext. There is one difference between the extended read
and write cases. When performing extended read or writes the SW_TWSI_EXT
must be written with an extended internal address, but the data field is
only filled in the write case (read back in read case). This results in
the original code block for the read case immediately writing this
register, while the write case fills in any data and then writes the
register. To create a common block of code for both processes remove the
SW_TWSI_EXT write from within the code block and instead in it's place a
variable is set, set_ext, which is returned and used as a condition to
do the register write, in the read command case.

There are parts of the commands construction which are common (only in
the read case), extract this and place into generic function
octeon_i2c_hlc_read_cmd. This function also reads the return from
octeon_i2c_hlc_ext and completes the write to SW_TWSI_EXT if required.

The write commands cannot be made entirely into common code as there are
distinct differences in the block mode and non-block-mode process.
Particularly the writing of data into the buffer.

d9d4cb224e drm/amdgpu/pm: Handle SCLK offset correctly in overdrive for smu 14.0.2
Currently, it seems like the code was carried over from RDNA3 because
it assumes two possible values to set. RDNA4, instead of having:
0: min SCLK

only has
0: SCLK offset

This change makes it so it only reports current offset value instead of
showing possible min/max values and their indices. Moreover, it now only
accepts the offset as a value, without the indice index.

Additionally, the lower bound was printed as %u by mistake.

dd8689b52a drm/radeon: fix uninitialized size issue in radeon_vce_cs_parse()
On the off chance that command stream passed from userspace via
ioctl() call to radeon_vce_cs_parse() is weirdly crafted and
first command to execute is to encode (case 0x03000001), the function
in question will attempt to call radeon_vce_cs_reloc() with size
argument that has not been properly initialized. Specifically, 'size'
will point to 'tmp' variable before the latter had a chance to be
assigned any value.

Play it safe and init 'tmp' with 0, thus ensuring that
radeon_vce_cs_reloc() will catch an early error in cases like these.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with static
analysis tool SVACE.

26558ce574 btrfs: simplify condition for logging new dentries at btrfs_log_inode_parent()
There's no point in checking if the inode is a directory as
ctx->log_new_dentries is only set in case we are logging a directory down
the call chain of btrfs_log_inode(). So remove that check making the logic
more simple and while at it add a comment about why use a local variable
to track if we later need to log new dentries.

37b0c3150b btrfs: remove redundant else statement from btrfs_log_inode_parent()
If we don't need to log new directory dentries, there's no point in having
an else branch just to set 'ret' to zero, as it's already zero because
every time it gets a non-zero value we jump into one of the exit labels.

So remove it, which reduces source code size and the module text size.

6f7d81d88b btrfs: use memcmp_extent_buffer() at replay_one_extent()
Instead of using memcmp(), which requires copying both file extent items
from each extent buffer into a local buffer, use memcmp_extent_buffer() so
that we only need to copy one of the file extent items and directly use
the extent buffer of the other file extent item for the comparison.

This reduces code size, saves one memory copy and reduces stack usage.

5fbfb3f01d btrfs: use variables to store extent buffer and slot at overwrite_item()
Instead of referring to path->nodes[0] and path->slots[0] multiple times,
which is verbose and confusing since we have an 'eb' and 'slot' variables
as well, introduce local variables 'dst_eb' to point to path->nodes[0] and
'dst_slot' to have path->slots[0], reducing verbosity and making it more
obvious about which extent buffer and slot we are referring to.

e48264e601 btrfs: avoid unnecessary memory allocation and copy at overwrite_item()
There's no need to allocate memory and copy from both the destination and
source extent buffers to compare if the items are equal, we can instead
use memcmp_extent_buffer() which allows to do only one memory allocation
and copy instead of two.

So use memcmp_extent_buffer() instead of memcmp(), allowing us to avoid
one memory allocation, which can fail or be slow while under memory heavy
pressure, avoid the memory copying and reducing code.

9db9c7dd5b btrfs: don't clobber ret in btrfs_validate_super()
Commit 2a9bb78cfd ("btrfs: validate system chunk array at
btrfs_validate_super()") introduces a call to validate_sys_chunk_array()
in btrfs_validate_super(), which clobbers the value of ret set earlier.
This has the effect of negating the validity checks done earlier, making
it so btrfs could potentially try to mount invalid filesystems.
