79294d7eff sparc64: remove macro indirection in io_64.h
Most likely for historical reasons io_64.h used an
extra layer of macro indirections.

Fix it so we no longer use these indirections.
In the process we loose a cast to the addr argument for in*()/out*()
but all known affected users has already been fixed so
no warnings are triggered.

For each of the IO functions add a proper define like this:

    #define inb inb

This is done to make the code compatible with the way these
functions are defined in asm-generic/io.h with the objective
to later introduce the generic io.h for sparc64.

6b8b5507ed sparc64: update IO access functions in PeeCeeI
The PeeCeeI.c code used in*() + out*() for IO access.
But these are in little endian and the native (big) endian
result was required which resulted in some bit-shifting.
Shift the code over to use the __raw_*() variants all over.

This simplifies the code as we can drop the calls
to le16_to_cpu() and le32_to_cpu().
And it should be a little faster too.

With this change we now uses the same type of IO access functions
in all of the file.

d650471a39 sparcspkr: use sbus_*() primitives for IO
The memory are mapped using of_ioremap() which is
an indication this is sbus memory.
Shift all uses of inb/outb to the sbus variants.

The inb/outb methods uses ASI_PHYS_BYPASS_EC_E_L,
whereas sbus_ variants uses ASI_PHYS_BYPASS_EC_E.

The difference is if the reads/writes are done in
native or little endian.
But for byte reads/writes there is no difference
so this does not matter for inb/outb - and this
driver only uses the byte variants.

57a4a3d7f7 display7seg: Introduce the use of the managed version of kzalloc
This patch moves data allocated using kzalloc to managed data allocated

the change:

48f2650a87 [media] v4l2-ioctl: don't set PRIV_MAGIC unconditionally in g_fmt()
Regression fix:

V4L2_PIX_FMT_PRIV_MAGIC should only be set for the VIDEO_CAPTURE and
VIDEO_OUTPUT buffer types, and not for any others. In the case of
the win format this overwrote a pointer value that is passed in from
userspace.

Just set it for V4L2_BUF_TYPE_VIDEO_CAPTURE and OUTPUT only. Set
it before the callback is called, just as is done for try/s_fmt, and
again afterwards in case the driver zeroed it. The latter was missing
in try/s_fmt, so add it there as well. Currently it is quite likely
that drivers clear priv (that was needed for a long time), so it makes
sense to set it twice.

enic: Display classifier filters using ethtool

This series adds ethtool support to show classifier filters added by driver.

v2:
The patch 1/2 removes the $ifdef's around the filter structure. Making it
available always. So that .get_rxnfc() can be implimented without any #ifdefs

e3e5af33e6 enic: remove #ifdef CONFIG_RFS_ACCEL around filter structures
This patch removes the #ifdef CONFIG_RFS_ACCEL around the classifier filter
structures. This makes the filter structures available when CONFIG_RFS_ACCEL = n.

Introduce enic_rfs_timer_start() & enic_rfs_timer_stop() to start/stop the
timer. These two functions are nop when CONFIG_RFS_ACCEL = n.

1042cab862 af_iucv: avoid path quiesce of severed path in shutdown()
An af_iucv stress test showed -EPIPE results for sendmsg()
calls. They are caused by quiescing a path even though it has
been already severed by peer. For IUCV transport shutdown()
consists of 2 steps:
(1) sending the shutdown message to peer
(2) quiescing the iucv path
If the iucv path between these 2 steps is severed due to peer
closing the path, the quiesce step is no longer needed.

850717ef00 Included fixes:
- recognise and drop Bridge Loop Avoidance packets even if
   they are encapsulated in the 802.1q header multiple times.
   Forwarding them into the mesh creates issues on other
   nodes.
 - properly handle VLAN private objects in order to avoid race
   conditions upon fast VLAN deletion-addition. Such conditions
   create an unrecoverable inconsistency in the TT database of
   the nodes.

====================
pull request [net]: batman-adv 20140721

here you have two fixes that we have been testing for quite some time
(this is why they arrived a bit late in the rc cycle).

Patch 1) ensures that BLA packets get dropped and not forwarded to the
mesh even if they reach batman-adv within QinQ frames. Forwarding them
into the mesh means messing up with the TT database of other nodes which
can generate all kind of unexpected behaviours during route computation.

Patch 2) avoids a couple of race conditions triggered upon fast VLAN
deletion-addition. Such race conditions are pretty dangerous because
they not only create inconsistencies in the TT database of the nodes
in the network, but such scenario is also unrecoverable (unless
nodes are rebooted).

10ec9472f0 ipv4: fix buffer overflow in ip_options_compile()
There is a benign buffer overflow in ip_options_compile spotted by
AddressSanitizer[1] :

Its benign because we always can access one extra byte in skb->head
(because header is followed by struct skb_shared_info), and in this case
this byte is not even used.

5cbf17f505 [media] DocBook media: fix incorrect note about packed RGB and colorspace
The fact that the pixelformat is using a packed RGB format has nothing
to do with the colorspace that is being used. Those are very different
things. The colorspace decides what color a triplet of RGB numbers
actually map to. E.g. a red color with values (255, 0, 0) is a different
type of red depending on the colorspace. If the original pixelformat was
e.g. YUV in colorspace REC709, then after the conversion to RGB the
colorspace is still REC709. Unless the hardware actually converted the
colorspace as well from REC709 to sRGB, but that rarely if ever happens.

Remove this incorrect comment.
