commit 1cbca5852d upstream.
Fixes two problems introduced as early as
commit 03aef4b6dc ("Staging: comedi: add ni_mio_common code"):
(1) Ensures that the last four bits of NISTC_RTSI_TRIGB_OUT_REG register is
not unduly overwritten on e-series devices. On e-series devices, the
first three of the last four bits are reserved. The last bit defines
the output selection of the RGOUT0 pin, otherwise known as
RTSI_Sub_Selection. For m-series devices, these last four bits are
indeed used as the output selection of the RTSI7 pin (and the
RTSI_Sub_Selection bit for the RGOUT0 pin is moved to the
RTSI_Trig_Direction register.
(2) Allows all 4 RTSI_BRD lines to be treated as valid sources for RTSI
lines.
This patch also cleans up the ni_get_rtsi_routing command for readability.

This is based on upstream commit 10e840dfb0, which did not touch the
iio-trig-periodic-rtc driver because it has been removed upstream.
The following explanation comes from that commit:
These stand-alone trigger drivers were using iio_trigger_put()
where they should have been using iio_trigger_free(). The
iio_trigger_put() adds a module_put which is bad since they
never did a module_get.
In the sysfs driver, module_get/put's are used as triggers are
added & removed. This extra module_put() occurs on an error path
in the probe routine (probably rare).
In the bfin-timer & interrupt trigger drivers, the module resources
are not explicitly managed, so it's doing a put on something that
was never get'd. It occurs on the probe error path and on the
remove path (not so rare).
Tested with the sysfs trigger driver.
The bfin & interrupt drivers were build tested & inspected only.
This was build tested only.

stub_probe() calls put_busid_priv() in an error path when device isn't

the device from the original driver and when usbip_host is modprobed,
stub_probe() runs and doesn't find the device in its busid table and calls
put_busid_priv(0 with null bus_id_priv pointer.

commit 22076557b0 upstream.
usbip_host updates device status without holding lock from stub probe,
disconnect and rebind code paths. When multiple requests to import a
device are received, these unprotected code paths step all over each
other and drive fails with NULL-ptr deref and use-after-free errors.
The driver uses a table lock to protect the busid array for adding and
deleting busids to the table. However, the probe, disconnect and rebind
paths get the busid table entry and update the status without holding
the busid table lock. Add a new finer grain lock to protect the busid
entry. This new lock will be held to search and update the busid entry
fields from get_busid_idx(), add_match_busid() and del_match_busid().
match_busid_show() does the same to access the busid entry fields.
get_busid_priv() changed to return the pointer to the busid entry holding
the busid lock. stub_probe(), stub_disconnect() and stub_device_rebind()
call put_busid_priv() to release the busid lock before returning. This
changes fixes the unprotected code paths eliminating the race conditions
in updating the busid entries.

commit ef824501f5 upstream.
usbip host lists devices attached to vhci_hcd on the same server
when user does attach over localhost or specifies the server as the
remote.
usbip attach -r localhost -b busid
or
usbip attach -r servername (or server IP)
Fix it to check and not list devices that are attached to vhci_hcd.

commit ef54cf0c60 upstream.
usbip host binds to devices attached to vhci_hcd on the same server
when user does attach over localhost or specifies the server as the
remote.
usbip attach -r localhost -b busid
or
usbip attach -r servername (or server IP)
Unbind followed by bind works, however device is left in a bad state with
accesses via the attached busid result in errors and system hangs during
shutdown.
Fix it to check and bail out if the device is already attached to vhci_hcd.

commit 7f7aeea7cf upstream.
I get some static checker warnings like this:
drivers/staging/rts5208/ms.c:2607 ms_build_l2p_tbl()
error: buffer underflow 'ms_card->segment' (-1)-16
The problem is that we memset "ms_card" to zero at the start of the
reset_ms_card() function. That means that when we try to calculate
"ms_card->total_block / 512 - 1" then it's just always -1. The fix is
to calculate "seg_no" before doing the memset().
This is a static checker fix, and I am not able to test it. My theory
is that reset_ms_card() gets very little testing which is why this bug
exists.

commit 134aecbc25 upstream.
Because this is a post-op instead of a pre-op, then it means we check
if knl_buffer[-1] is a space. It doesn't really hurt anything, but
it causes a static checker warning so let's fix it.

commit a208fa8f33 upstream.
We need to consistently enforce that keyed hashes cannot be used without
setting the key. To do this we need a reliable way to determine whether
a given hash algorithm is keyed or not. AF_ALG currently does this by
checking for the presence of a ->setkey() method. However, this is
actually slightly broken because the CRC-32 algorithms implement
->setkey() but can also be used without a key. (The CRC-32 "key" is not
actually a cryptographic key but rather represents the initial state.
If not overridden, then a default initial state is used.)
Prepare to fix this by introducing a flag CRYPTO_ALG_OPTIONAL_KEY which
indicates that the algorithm has a ->setkey() method, but it is not
required to be called. Then set it on all the CRC-32 algorithms.
The same also applies to the Adler-32 implementation in Lustre.
Also, the cryptd and mcryptd templates have to pass through the flag
from their underlying algorithm.

commit 2f2d0088eb upstream.
When a client has a USB device attached over IP, the vhci_hcd driver is
locally leaking a socket pointer address via the
/sys/devices/platform/vhci_hcd/status file (world-readable) and in debug
output when "usbip --debug port" is run.
Fix it to not leak. The socket pointer address is not used at the moment
and it was made visible as a convenient way to find IP address from socket
pointer address by looking up /proc/net/{tcp,tcp6}.
As this opens a security hole, the fix replaces socket pointer address with
sockfd.
